Derrick had big plans in life. We learned all the skills he set out to learn….he put in the time….over 10,000 hours spent on each skill. Over 200 skills in all…..however, Derrick soon realized that his skills didn’t matter in today’s world because he is half dog and half tiger and despite how many skills he has, he’ll never be as recognized as others with more humanlike qualities. So, Derrick starts running with a bad crowd and eventually things catch up to Derrick and he has to face his demons, but not in this piece. In this piece, Derrick has only begun to explore his options.
